Estimating Spreadsheet

This Excel spreadsheet has the pricing information from Module 5 encoded for each software tool, making it easy to examine alternatives and generate a cost estimate of initial set-up and ongoing monthly costs based on the tools and number of users you select.  The category and degree of difficulty columns match the coding in Module 5, which provides the details of each package.

As you enter the number of users for each package the startup and monthly costs are calculated and displayed (in red) and summed up to the header area as shown above.
