Module 4 - Project Management

This module reviews basic project management responsibilities such as stakeholder communication, project planning and project execution, and methods such as the project lifecycle, the work breakdown structure (WBS), the schedule (Gantt and CPM), and earned value analysis (EVA), with special application to the virtual environment.

We then examine some desktop and web-based project management tools for a range of projects of differing size and complexity.

The tutorial requires a Flash- and Javascript- enabled web browser, sound card and speakers or headphones and about 55 minutes (you can exit at any time and resume later).  You will also need to have popups enabled in your browser.
