Module 2 - Group Communication & Collaboration

This covers requirements for different types of online meeting, and presents a matrix for evaluating the interactions required, which is helpful in selecting appropriate tools.

A selection of group communication and collaboration tools to cover a full range of circumstances is discussed.

The tutorial requires a Flash- and Javascript- enabled web browser, sound card and speakers or headphones and about 26 minutes (you can exit at any time and resume later).  You will also need to have popups enabled in your browser.
