Micro-Consulting Services

We can provide consulting and support as required.  We have made it easy to engage us for very short-term micro-consulting assignments of as little as one hour, by bypassing the usual contract and billing process and using PayPal™.

The Micro-Consulting Model

Please use the Contact Form to describe the assignment you have in mind and we will provide a time estimate (you can also request a 30-minute free phone consultation). For very small assignments in the 1 to 10 hour range we ask that you prepay at a rate of $125.00 / hour (plus 7% ST for NJ residents) using the PayPal® link below.  

Any unused time (in 15-minute increments) will be credited to your PayPal™ or credit card account at the completion of the assignment.

If we run over 10-20% we don't worry about it.  We want happy clients who tell their friends :)  If we project an over-run of more than 20% we will contact you and negotiate a change of scope.

Contract Agreement

By clicking on the PayPal link below the Purchaser implicitly agrees to the following terms of contract:

1. The Vendor will make his best efforts to provide fair, accurate and unbiased information and advice and under no circumstances will he be held liable in any way for any damages, direct, consequential or otherwise, resulting from any inaccuracies, mistakes or omissions in any material provided.
    
2. Any damages that might be awarded for any breach of contract, act of negligence or any other reason shall be limited in value to the cost of any fees paid under this Agreement. Each party shall bear his/her own legal costs.
    
3. This Agreement shall be for a period of one year and shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, U.S.A.

Longer-Term Assignments

For assignments longer than 10 hours, and/or require substantial resources (for example, business analysis, computer systems validation, or systems implementation) we will provide a detailed quotation and bill on a two-week billing cycle.
