Module 3 - Managing Formal Documents

For some projects or teams, documents (including technical drawings, graphics and other media) are a major final output, and require special tools to safeguard and manage them in the virtual environment. These we define as "product" documents as opposed "process" documents that have little residual value after the project is complete.

A risk-based design methodology is presented and a selection of document management tools is discussed.

The tutorial requires a Flash- and Javascript- enabled web browser, sound card and speakers or headphones and about 30 minutes (you can exit at any time and resume later).  You will also need to have popups enabled in your browser.
